THEORETICAL EXERCICES FIRST EVAUATION
-What is strength as basical physical ability? How many types of strength are there? explain them.
Strength as a basic physical capacity is defined as the ability to generate intramuscular tension against a resistance, regardless of whether or not movement is generated.
Types of strength:
-Explosive strength:
This type of force is measured according to the speed with which a weight is moved, in this case at high speed.
-
What is flexibility as basic physical capacity? What factors does flexibility depend on?
Flexibility is the basic physical quality that allows us to achieve the maximum degree of movement possible of a joint.
It depends on many variables such as the distensibility of the joint capsule, the muscular quality, as well as the ability to stretch tendons and ligaments but also of external factors such as temperature, age, sex, even the emotional state.
-What is endurance as basic physical abiliti ? How many types of endurance are there? explain them.
We define endurance as the ability to resist fatigue. In other words, resistance is the ability to maintain an effort effectively for as long as posible.
Aerobic Endurance: It is one that aims to withstand and resist the physical requirement to gain oxygen.
Anaerobic resistance: It is conditioned by insufficient oxygen supply to the muscles.

-How can i improve my endurance? Explains two exercises to improve aerobic endurance:
To improve the resistance Físicadeberemos get our heart rate to increase and maintain this higher rate for at least fifteen minutes.
Swimming: The aquatic environment will not carry all our body on the back and legs, preventing them from suffering joints such as knees or ankles.
To dance: It is advisable for those people who are more lazy when it comes to practising sport, since the playful component of the dance will encourage us to get going.

Antonio Lucio Vivaldi. He was born in Venice on March 4, 1678, and died in Vienna on July 28, 1741. He was a composer, violinist, Impreso, professor and Catholic priest of the Baroque. His mastery is reflected in having cemented the genre of the concert, the most important of his time. He composed about 770 works, including more than 400 concerts and about 46 operas. It is especially known, at the popular level, for being the author of the series of concerts for violin and orchestra the Four seasons.
