YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT


Breakfast:
I haven't had breakfast.

Break: 
I've eaten some bread sticks with pipes.
Food:
I have eaten rice with a fried egg.
Diner:
For dinner I had fish.

THINGS THAT I CAN CHANGE:
I think I can change my breakfast, I can have some milk with cereal.
Between lunch and dinner I can make a snack and I can eat a piece of fruit.
I think I can reduce my sugar intake during a day.
I think I can eat more protein and vegetables than fried stuff.

    To begin with, you should introduce fruit to your daily diet. In addition to this, you have to bear in mind that it's very important to have breakfast in order to provide the body with the energy necessary to carry out the daily work.

    How do you plan to reduce your daily sugar intake? What foods rich in proteins can you eat to make your diet healthier?

    "Sugar inake" is not correct. The correct way would be "sugar INTAKE".

  2. To reduce the intake of sugar I can eat less sweets and chocolate.
    To do my diet I think I could add some bread and some fish.
